WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We ship to US, Canada, Australia, UK, Europe, Singapore, Japan and South Korea with tracking numbers on our packages.
 
HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING FEES?
The delivery costs are FREE for all orders.
 
WHAT ARE THE DEADLINES FOR PREPARATION AND SHIPPING?
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 5 business days. We seek your understanding as due to the current situation, we have a delivery time longer than usual of up to 25 days. We will notify you when your order has been sent.
 
HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
After an order has been placed, it is sent as quickly as possible to one of our shipping centers, from which your item will be shipped.
We will send you a confirmation email as soon as your package is shipped. You can then check the progress of the delivery using your order number and tracking number.
 
HOW TO ORDER?
Simply choose your items and click on the "ADD TO CART" button, start again for each item, then go to your cart and follow the steps to complete your order until payment. We will prepare your order and send you an order confirmation email.
 
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa and Mastercard bank cards as well as payments via Paypal. Checks and transfers are not accepted.

Absolutely, our shop is fully secure and we have an SSL encryption system to protect your personal and confidential data. We use the secure payment systems of Paypal.
 
I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHAT DO I DO?
Have you received confirmation of shipment of your order? If your order has been shipped for more than 5 weeks, contact us with your order number, we will launch an inquiry and get back to you within 48 hours.
 
I ORDERED SEVERAL ITEMS AND I RECEIVED ONLY A PART OF MY ORDER, IS THIS NORMAL?
Yes, it's totally normal. To minimize your wait, we ship all items separately as soon as they are ready to ship. The rest of your order should arrive in the coming days.
 
I HAVE RECEIVED A DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE ARTICLE, WHAT DO I DO?
We are sorry, unfortunately it can happen. Please contact us hello@frenchiefield.com explaining the problem and attaching a photo for proof, we will do our best to find a solution.
